Sergio Mayorga is an experienced Contact Center Leader with 19 years of experience in Contact Center Management in the healthcare and financial service industries. As Director of Call Center Operations at Eye Health America™, Mayorga drives the customer experience and operational activities of the call centers across multiple regions.
Prior to joining Eye Health America, Mayorga served as the Call Center Operations Manager at Priority Payment Systems in Alpharetta, GA. He focused on the phone administration of the call center, training, coaching and development, and the implementation of several phone call flows that improved customer experience and permitted the business to efficiently manage call volumes.
Mayorga earned his Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Phoenix.
