Introductory Meeting

Early discussions with our leadership team provide an opportunity to discuss our vision and culture as well as gain an understanding of growth strategies of prospective partners.

Initial Evaluation

Following the introductory meeting a request for basic practice information is shared. An analysis is performed by our Financial Planning and Analytics team to develop a Letter of Intent.

Letter of Intent

A Letter of Intent is presented to the prospective practice outlining the terms of a partnership as agreed upon by both parties. We work to align with the specific needs/preferences of the Seller.

Due Diligence

Our due diligence process is designed to gain a thorough understanding of business through additional evaluations by internal and external advisors. Our team works closely with your team throughout this process.

Closing

After due diligence is completed and legal documents are signed, proceeds are transferred, and OUR JOURNEY TOGETHER BEGINS!
